Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our business strategy and operations in the South Korean region. This role involves driving the company's growth through strategic planning, team management, and execution of key initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and execute the company's business strategy in the South Korean region, formulate the company's derivative business goals and implementation strategies.
- Establish and manage regional business teams to ensure the overall business goals of the company's region are achieved.
- Lead the expansion of regional channels and implementation of KOL strategies, achieving full chain connectivity from B-end business cooperation to C-end user drainage.
- Execute various market and marketing activities of the company in the region.
- Assist in promoting the improvement of company related products.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business strategy execution and team management, preferably in the South Korean market.
- Strong understanding of regional business dynamics and channel expansion strategies.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both English and Korean is highly desirable.
