Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive our business strategy in Japan and South Korea. This role involves executing strategic initiatives, managing regional teams, and expanding market presence through innovative channel and KOL strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and execute the company's business strategy in Japan/South Korea, formulate the company's derivative business goals and implementation strategies
  • Establish and manage regional business teams to ensure the overall business goals of the company's region are achieved
  • Lead the expansion of regional channels and implementation of KOL strategies, achieving full chain connectivity from B-end business cooperation to C-end user drainage
  • Execute various market and marketing activities of the company in the region
  • Assist in promoting the improvement of company related products
Additional Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Regular reporting on regional performance metrics and business development progress will be required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or strategy roles in Japan/South Korea markets
  • Proven track record in channel expansion and KOL management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent understanding of B2B and B2C business models in the region
  • Fluency in English and either Japanese or Korean is required
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region
