Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development (BD) Trainer to onboard and develop our new BD team members. This role plays a critical part in shaping our sales force and driving business growth through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new BD hires, covering platform product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and sales communication frameworks
- Design and continuously improve BD training curriculum and materials to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Monitor BD performance metrics, identify challenges, and provide targeted coaching to improve results
- Organize regular upskilling sessions on product updates, market trends, and advanced sales techniques
- Maintain detailed BD development records to track training effectiveness and performance conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training programs with business objectives
- Develop assessment tools to measure training impact and ROI
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in BD or sales training within cryptocurrency/DEX/derivatives trading industry
- Thorough understanding of derivatives trading products and customer acquisition processes
- Strong instructional design capabilities and training delivery skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to identify and address BD competency gaps
- Comfortable with remote work arrangements and strong time management abilities
- Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning styles
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building BD training programs from scratch
- Knowledge of Web3 community ecosystems and KOL networks
- Experience managing distributed remote sales teams
- Certification in professional training or coaching is a plus
