Job Description:
1. Channel and Agency System Development:
KOL Development: Identify and sign partnerships with top/mid-tier KOLs, YouTubers, Twitter influencers, and community leaders in the cryptocurrency field, establishing in-depth commission-based collaborations.
Agent Recruitment: Build a pyramid-style contract agent system, recruiting team leaders, signal providers, and quantitative trading teams to join the platform.
High-Net-Worth Client Development: Leverage existing resources to onboard high-net-worth individual clients (VIPs) to drive continuous growth in the platform’s contract trading performance.
Maintain Stable Business Relationships with External Channel Partners: Based on the platform’s incentive and development policies for partners at all levels, foster mutual growth and support.
2. Team Building and Collaboration:
Establish and develop the BD team, drive high performance from both the team and individuals through setting, evaluating, and coaching on performance metrics.
Work closely with operations, product, and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in Chinese-speaking communities. Participate in organizing and executing AMAs, Twitter Spaces, or offline meetups to boost trust and engagement among users and partners across all dimensions.
3. Competitive Analysis and Product Feedback:
Monitor market dynamics and mechanisms of competing products, gather user feedback on contract products (UI/UX, liquidity, fees), and assist the product and R&D teams in optimizing the user experience.

3. 竞品分析和产品反馈:
监测市场动态和竞品机制,收集用户对合约产品(用户界面/用户体验、流动性、费用)的反馈,并协助产品和研发团队优化用户体验。
Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of business development experience in a cryptocurrency exchange (CEX), with mandatory experience in promoting contract trading products.
Stay sensitive to industry trends, hot topics, and resource developments. Possess effective methodologies and experience in developing and evaluating channel resources, capable of efficiently driving business outcomes (e.g., trading volume, fee generation).
Familiar with traffic-building methods in Chinese-speaking markets and the psychology of various user types. Proficient in the logic of contract trading, wealth management products, and other derivatives, with professional trading knowledge.
Understand common rebate system mechanisms and possess strong business negotiation skills.
Demonstrate strong business expansion, team management awareness, and result-oriented thinking. Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
