Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the global expansion of our CEX/DEX products, with a particular focus on contract trading business. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic partnerships and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global business development strategy for CEX/DEX products
- Focus on expanding contract trading business in international markets
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development within crypto/blockchain industry
- Proven track record in CEX/DEX product expansion
- Deep understanding of contract trading business models
- Strong network within the cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with regulatory bodies in multiple jurisdictions
- Technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure
- Previous experience in scaling trading platforms globally
- Established relationships with liquidity providers and market makers
