We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager for the Korean market. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence and driving business growth through strategic recruitment, agent management, and customer relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage the business team in the Korean market, ensuring the team meets or exceeds the company's performance targets.
- Develop and expand Korean market agents through various channels, including WeChat and friend referrals, to discover and onboard new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with Korean market agents by providing high-quality services, addressing their needs, and ensuring continuous transactions.
- Assist other business units in customer negotiations, relationship maintenance, and loyalty-building through comprehensive customer relationship management.
- Collect and analyze market information to understand competition trends and propose optimization suggestions for business processes, customer needs, and product innovation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or team management, preferably in the Korean market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with agents and customers.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition to drive strategic business decisions.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms like WeChat for business expansion and customer engagement.
- Fluent in Korean and English to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the Korean market.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding performance goals.
