Job Description
Broker BD in the Chinese region is responsible for accepting new API brokers and maintaining good relationships with them; Initiate joint marketing activities with brokers to encourage new users to register for Bitget; Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities, plan and execute growth strategies; Obtain feedback from brokers and users on how to improve services and products; Negotiate project plans to ensure timely delivery of scheduled events and milestones; Be the liaison for all brokers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new API brokers in the Chinese market, ensuring their business needs are met and long-term partnerships are established
  • Design and implement collaborative marketing initiatives with brokers to drive user acquisition and enhance Bitget's market presence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic execution plans
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from brokers and end-users to continuously improve service quality, product features, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate project timelines and negotiate resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of key events, milestones, and business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Bitget and its broker network, facilitating communication and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor broker performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management for strategic decision-making
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage in the market
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and innovation in broker services
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of broker contacts, including their business scope, capabilities, and performance history
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in broker management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with international partners
  • Strong understanding of API integration processes and broker onboarding procedures
  • Proficiency in market analysis tools and data-driven decision-making methodologies
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Bitget's business goals
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, content marketing) and their application in broker partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify actionable insights
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in broker operations and user engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trading platforms
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems for broker interactions
  • Ability to conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to brokers
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations affecting broker operations in China and Asia-Pacific regions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements quickly
  • Experience with data visualization tools to present market insights and performance metrics effectively
