Job Description
As a key member of the Bitget team, the Taiwan BD Manager will be responsible for driving business development and market expansion in the local region. This role requires proactive identification and cultivation of relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and strategic partners to enhance Bitget's market presence. The manager will also serve as the primary liaison between Bitget and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering long-term collaboration. Additionally, this position involves monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and potential partners to promote Bitget's brand and services in the Taiwan market.
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies to achieve measurable user growth and trading volume increases, ensuring alignment with Bitget's overall business objectives.
- Track performance metrics of channel partnerships, analyze results, and implement adjustments to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on local industry developments, competitor movements, and market trends to identify opportunities for strategic innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver marketing initiatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on market activities, partnership progress, and performance analysis to provide insights for senior management decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or related fields with a focus on KOL collaboration and market expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market data, track campaign performance, and make informed strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with a deep understanding of the local market and cultural nuances in Taiwan.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, with familiarity with the DeFi and trading ecosystem.
- Preferred candidates should have a background in digital marketing, social media strategy, or brand management.
- Experience with partnership management, including negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate marketing activities and ensure timely execution of strategies.
