Responsibilities
1）Develop and maintain relationships with domestic financial institutions, asset managers, securities firms, and family offices.
2）Identify the potential needs of institutional clients in digital assets and related businesses, and drive cooperation opportunities.
3）Build connections with clients or institutions that already hold digital assets, exploring collaboration opportunities.
4）Follow up on client resources to drive conversion and maintain long-term partnerships.
5）Collaborate with investment, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.

岗位职责
1、拓展并维护国内金融机构、资管公司、券商、家族办公室等客户关系；
2、识别传统机构级别客户在数字资产及相关业务中的潜在需求，并推动合作落地；
3、与已有数字资产配置的客户或机构建立联系，挖掘合作机会；
4、跟进客户资源，促进转化并维护长期合作关系；
5、协同投研、合规、产品团队，确保客户需求顺利落地；
Job Requirements:
What We Are Looking For
We hope you come from a BD role within a financial institution, with 2–5 years of experience in the financial industry. You should have a certain client base and resources, and be familiar with financial products or the digital asset market (if not, we can help you get started). At the same time, we hope you have a strong intention to transition into a digital asset asset management institution, with excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop business independently. You should also have strong learning ability, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
