Job Description
This role focuses on building strategic partnerships and driving brand growth through collaboration with industry influencers and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding market reach and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, cultivate, and strengthen partnerships with industry KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and distribution channels
  • Actively promote brand policies, acquire new user groups, and enhance brand awareness
  • Assist in identifying market trends and opportunities to support business growth
  • Proactively negotiate and facilitate the launch of projects
  • Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years experience in partnership development or key account management
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining business relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Existing network of industry contacts and KOLs
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and partnership management tools
  • Experience working in cross-cultural business environments
