In the context of decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governance, the governance committee plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of various functions. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain governance modules to ensure effective operation of DAO functions.
- Focus on specific governance work within designated functional areas for refined management.
- Promote opportunities for external cooperation to expand brand influence.
- Organize and coordinate governance proposals and topic discussions within the community.
- Facilitate consensus-building and encourage active participation among community members.
- Contribute to the continuous expansion of governance modules into new functional areas as DAO evolves.
