Job Description:
Position: OMENX Community Lead (Prediction Market / Derivatives Focus)
Work Mode: Remote
Salary Range: 3,000–6,000 USD / Month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and community engagement for Telegram (TG) and Discord groups, building a conversion system to handle traffic from KOLs, social media, and partner channels, ensuring a seamless flow from "content exposure → community engagement → first deposit/trade → reinvestment and referrals."
- Develop community topics, persona branding, interactive scripts, seed user engagement, and conversion campaigns centered around prediction events, derivatives, and spot trading to boost user activity, retention, and transaction conversion.
- Design differentiated conversion strategies for various channels and user tiers, including comment interactions, community funneling, trading Q&A, position coupon incentives, targeted outreach for high-net-worth clients, and user referral programs.
- Identify and engage high-intent and high-value users through one-on-one communication to drive first deposits, initial trades, additional funding, reinvestments, trade sharing, and referrals, meeting phased conversion targets.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to gather community feedback and conversion data, continuously optimizing product experience, community content, and marketing strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of prediction markets or events, with practical experience in trading, usage, or content research. No prior professional experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with the trading behaviors, user profiles, and conversion logic of spot and derivatives traders. Proven ability to drive user conversion through campaigns, content, community engagement, or multi-account interactions, with measurable results.
- Experience in Web3, exchange, financial product, or trading community operations and user growth, including user segmentation, topic engagement, event planning, and high-value user management.
- Strong learning and communication skills, capable of quickly grasping product mechanics, business priorities, and diverse user needs across channels.
- Resilient, results-driven, and adaptable to remote collaboration and fast-paced business changes.
