Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Twitter & Discord Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Create and manage content for consistent and impactful communication. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
• User Growth: Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to drive user acquisition and engagement. Experiment with new tools, technologies, and platforms to maximize reach and impact. Identify and leverage trends in the cryptocurrency and DeFi communities.
• Collaborate with KOLs: Identify and build relationships with influential KOLs in crypto and DeFi. Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns to promote Yei Finance. Track and analyze the effectiveness of collaborations, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaboration with Institutions: Work with external marketing agencies to expand Yei Finance’s influence and coverage. Ensure alignment between internal marketing goals and external activities. Evaluate and manage agency performance for high-quality results.
• Community Engagement: Foster an active and engaged community on Twitter and Discord. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Organize and host community events, AMAs, and interactive activities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report KPIs for social media and influencer campaigns. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in growth hacking, social media strategy, and influencer marketing, preferably in cryptocurrency or DeFi.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with KOLs and agencies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with new tools and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale social media communities.
• Familiarity with Twitter and Discord growth strategies.
• Previous work with marketing agencies or KOL networks in the crypto space.
