Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community on a daily basis through Discord, Twitter, and other social channels, keeping them informed and engaged with Rome Protocol’s vision and updates.
• Campaign Management: Design and implement community-driven campaigns, such as meme contests and other creative events, to drive engagement and traffic to our Discord and social channels.
• Community Support: Manage support tickets, respond to questions, and provide assistance to community members, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all.
• Collaborative Execution: Work directly with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve community-related goals.
• Advocacy and Representation: Serve as a champion and advocate for Rome Protocol across Twitter, socials, and at in-person events, embodying the brand and engaging with the community.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in the tech or blockchain space.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Creative mindset with experience in designing and executing community campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for blockchain technology and a deep understanding of Rome Protocol’s vision.
• Experience with Discord, Twitter, and other social media platforms is essential.
• Willingness to attend in-person events and represent the brand professionally.
