Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to oversee community engagement, user retention, and activity growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance community interaction and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage community traffic, user retention, and engagement by planning activities to foster communication and conversion
- Recruit, train, and manage Community Moderators (CM/MOD)
- Develop and implement community growth strategies to attract new members and increase participation
- Collaborate with industry KOLs and other communities for joint promotions and cross-community activities
- Independently plan, organize, and execute events while ensuring smooth budget management and operational details
- Apply systematic methodologies to create actionable user/community operation plans
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community or event operations, with expertise in community management, user segmentation, and event planning
- Prior experience in blockchain industry operations; exchange operation experience is a plus
- Fluent in English as a working language; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong data sensitivity with excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Web3 market trends, crypto industry dynamics, and meme culture; ability to energize communities and drive engagement
