Job Description
As a Community Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and engagement of Web3 communities across multiple platforms including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and others. This position requires a deep understanding of community dynamics and the ability to strategically enhance user participation, conversion rates, and overall brand presence. You will be responsible for cultivating a vibrant and active community ecosystem that aligns with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Web3 communities, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies to maximize community impact.
- Develop and execute comprehensive community operation plans, including the creation of trending topics, viral content, and user-driven initiatives to foster organic growth and engagement.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns, leveraging both Chinese and English language skills to produce compelling PR scripts, promotional materials, and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as business development, product management, and design to gather feedback, refine product features, and enhance user experience through community insights.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners in the Aptos and Sui public chain ecosystems, ensuring seamless communication, alignment of objectives, and continuous improvement of collaborative efforts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or operations, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain industry, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging online communities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of crafting persuasive content, managing social media channels, and representing the brand effectively in multilingual environments.
- Strong analytical abilities to monitor community metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement and conversion strategies.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including business development, product, design, and marketing, to achieve shared goals and improve overall brand influence.
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and community-driven business models, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging user experiences.
- Proficiency in using community management tools and platforms, as well as experience with content creation software to produce high-quality marketing materials and PR scripts.
- Ability to maintain consistent and positive interactions with community members, partners, and stakeholders to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including campaign planning, content creation, and relationship maintenance.
