Job Description

This position focuses on the strategic operation and growth of Web3-related overseas social media platforms. The primary objective is to drive user engagement, expand community reach, and establish a robust digital presence through targeted initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to attract traffic, activate user accounts, and build a strong digital community (DC), with a specific emphasis on Twitter operations. The role also involves designing and implementing a scalable Web3 operation system that aligns with industry trends and competitive benchmarks, while creating product operation plans tailored to the evolving Web3 landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the promotion and traffic generation efforts in the early stages of Web3 projects, focusing on account activation and community building through platforms like Twitter. Develop and execute content strategies to enhance visibility and user interaction.
  • Manage both domestic and international user communities, ensuring alignment with product strategic goals. Conduct user research to identify target demographics, analyze user behavior, and create tailored operational activities that foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to construct a creator-driven content ecosystem. Identify and onboard content creators to support Web3 product development, while exploring community demands to refine product offerings and establish sustainable operational mechanisms.
