Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Technical Community Specialist to manage and grow our developer communities on Discord and Telegram. This role will be instrumental in fostering technical discussions, driving engagement, and supporting developers in our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Discord and Telegram as the primary hubs for technical discussions and community engagement
- Engage with developers, foster meaningful discussions, and provide timely technical support
- Organize and execute hackathons, technical challenges, and developer workshops to drive platform adoption
- Oversee and mentor community moderators to ensure they have proper knowledge and tools
- Develop strategies to grow and maintain an active, healthy technical community
- Gather community feedback and work with internal teams to improve developer experience
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing technical communities or developer relations
- Strong technical background with ability to understand and discuss complex technical topics
- Proven experience managing Discord and Telegram communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and run technical events like hackathons and workshops
- Experience mentoring or managing community moderators
- Passion for technology and helping developers succeed
