Job Description
This position involves creating trading-related educational content and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality financial materials. The role requires strong technical knowledge of trading concepts and the ability to present complex information clearly on camera.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production (Trading-related):
- Collaborate with the team to plan weekly trading tutorial video scripts
- Film 3-5 trading tutorial videos per week
- Conduct live online trading lectures
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist directors with video shooting and post-production (including basic editing suggestions)
- Research trending trading topics on social media platforms and submit content proposals
- Monitor competitor content trends and support video format optimization
- Compliance Implementation:
- Strictly adhere to company compliance language guidelines and risk disclosure regulations
- Participate in regular financial compliance training (utilizing company-provided materials and case studies)
Job Requirements
- Basic Trading Knowledge:
- Understanding of technical analysis tools (candlestick charts, moving averages, support/resistance lines)
- Ability to explain how macroeconomic events (like Fed rate decisions) impact markets
- Familiarity with trading rules for at least one asset class (gold, forex, stocks, or cryptocurrency)
- On-Camera Performance:
- Ability to present naturally on camera
- Comfortable appearing in videos without showing face
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior social media appearance experience (not limited to finance)
- Cryptocurrency trading experience
- Familiarity with trading content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
- Adaptable to fast-changing work environments with high initiative
Compensation Package
Base salary + Commission + Bonus structure
