Key Responsibilities

• Write 1-3 Web3 Academy newsletters each week. Please review our past newsletters here to get a feel for our content.
• Transform each newsletter into a long-form X post, ensuring the information is presented in an engaging and accessible format for our audience.
• Be active on X by producing additional content and replying/interacting with other leading web3 accounts to build community engagement and visibility.
• Prepare and participate in our weekly web3 news meeting in Discord to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to content strategy discussions.
• Attend weekly team meetings and brainstorm ideas to grow our reach through innovative content formats and outreach strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain communities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing engagement on platforms like X (formerly Twitter).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to content development and community interaction.
• Proficiency in using Discord and other communication tools for real-time collaboration and feedback.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and relevant to our target audience.
• Ability to analyze content performance metrics and iterate on strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Excellent time management skills to meet weekly deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Passion for Web3 technologies and a commitment to educating others about blockchain, decentralized systems, and related innovations.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
