LNT, likely a company specializing in blockchain technology with a focus on the Bitcoin Lightning Network, aims to recruit a Country Manager to expand its global market presence and establish a strong local footprint. The intent is to find an individual who can effectively promote the practicality and adoption of BTC Lightning Network through sales efforts, community building, and collaborative marketing initiatives. This suggests LNT is in a growth-oriented phase, seeking to leverage local expertise to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and build a network of ambassadors, indicating a preference for candidates with both technical understanding and real-world business acumen to support their expansion into new markets.

From the interviewer's perspective, they will prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong match in technical expertise, language fluency, and practical experience in sales and community management. Key assessments will include evaluating the candidate's depth of knowledge in DeFi, DePIN, and BTC Layer 2 concepts, their ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (English/Chinese/local), and their capacity to independently or collaboratively execute marketing and sales strategies. Interviewers may also examine the candidate's network within the web3 community and their enthusiasm for promoting the utility of BTC Lightning Network, as this aligns with LNT's innovative culture and need for ambassadors who can translate technology into market success.
