Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Technical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, with a strong focus on market making strategies and quantitative trading systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, financial acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and growth in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and model quantitative strategies, including arbitrage, trading, and market making.
- Participate in the construction, testing, optimization, and risk management of quantitative trading systems.
- Develop and iterate live trading strategies and investment portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine trading algorithms.
- Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields from a prestigious university.
- Proficiency in Python programming language and strong analytical skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or quantitative trading (highly promising fresh graduates may be considered).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Innovative mindset with sharp market perception and strong learning ability.
- Ability to endure hardship and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and high growth potential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in market making strategies or quantitative trading systems.
- Background in finance or the cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven track record of successful projects or entrepreneurial ventures.
