Job Description
Data Analyst (Must be fluent in English for direct communication with foreign stakeholders)
- Conduct business data analysis by deeply understanding business operations, identifying core metrics, and producing daily reports as well as in-depth business analysis reports.
- Develop and optimize data analysis frameworks tailored to different business stages or specific challenges.
- Innovate and improve analytical methodologies to address complex problems beyond conventional approaches, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform deep data mining to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making, particularly for trading products or financial instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Marketing) to drive business efficiency through data-driven strategies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance or related fields. 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like DataWind (Volcano Engine).
- Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
- AI-related experience is a plus.
- Fluent English for seamless communication with international stakeholders.
