Job Description
As a blockchain data analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and smart contracts. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver detailed analysis reports that assess the security, efficiency, and compliance of blockchain-based systems and DeFi applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to refine and prioritize features, using data to guide improvements in user experience and market relevance.
- Work alongside software engineers to test, debug, and validate the technical implementation of smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines, databases, and analytical workflows to support continuous monitoring and reporting in blockchain environments.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in blockchain technology and DeFi protocols to ensure analysis remains cutting-edge and relevant.

Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in blockchain technology, with a strong focus on data analysis and DeFi protocol evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Solidity, and SQL for data processing and smart contract development.
- Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Etherscan, Alchemy, Chainalysis) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify anomalies, and derive meaningful conclusions for protocol optimization.
- Ability to design and implement scalable database solutions, ensuring data integrity and efficient querying capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience with Ethereum, smart contract ecosystems, and DeFi platforms such as Uniswap, Aave, or Compound.
