Job Description
This role is centered around promoting UniPass's technological innovations in account abstraction (AA/ERC4337) across the Ethereum ecosystem and other EVM-compatible platforms. The primary objective is to advance the adoption and understanding of AA/4337 technology by engaging with industry stakeholders, including core developers, researchers, and community leaders. Key responsibilities involve collaborating with Ethereum Foundation researchers to explore the future of account abstraction, contributing to technical discussions, and shaping the evolution of this transformative protocol. The position also requires actively participating in the development of Ethereum and related ecosystems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
As a core member of the team, you will work closely with developers and researchers to refine AA/4337 solutions, address technical challenges, and drive innovation. This includes staying updated on the latest advancements in Ethereum and EVM ecosystems, identifying opportunities for integration, and communicating these insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role emphasizes fostering collaboration between UniPass and the broader blockchain community to accelerate the development and implementation of account abstraction technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote UniPass's account abstraction (AA/ERC4337) technology through technical documentation, community outreach, and industry events to increase its visibility and adoption across Ethereum and EVM ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Ethereum Foundation researchers and core developers to explore the technical roadmap and potential applications of AA/4337, contributing to whitepapers, proposals, and experimental projects.
- Engage in cross-project coordination with developers and researchers from other blockchain initiatives to ensure compatibility, interoperability, and scalability of AA/4337 solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical resources, including tutorials, case studies, and integration guides, to support developers in implementing AA/4337 protocols effectively.
- Participate in technical discussions and workshops to address challenges in AA/4337 development, such as gas optimization, security enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Monitor and analyze the evolving landscape of Ethereum and EVM ecosystems to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to account abstraction technology.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between UniPass and the broader blockchain community through public speaking, writing, and collaborative projects.
- Ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of all communication materials to maintain UniPass's reputation as a leader in AA/4337 innovation.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in blockchain technology, with a strong focus on Ethereum and EVM ecosystems, including hands-on experience with account abstraction (AA/ERC4337) protocols.
- Deep technical knowledge of smart contract development, cryptographic principles, and decentralized application (dApp) architecture to contribute effectively to AA/4337 projects.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including developers, researchers, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive innovation and solve technical challenges in the AA/4337 space.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical proposals, identify potential issues, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Experience in open-source development and community engagement to support the growth of AA/4337 technology and its adoption across ecosystems.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global collaboration and communication.
- Passion for advancing blockchain technology and a commitment to fostering innovation through collaboration with industry leaders and researchers.
