Job Description
As a Developer Relations (DevRel) Manager, you will be the key driver of developer acquisition and engagement for the Hemera Protocol. You will build and nurture a community of developers, advocate for their needs, and create resources to help them succeed with the Hemera Protocol.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive developer acquisition and engagement through outreach, events, and community-building initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between developers and the internal team, ensuring their needs are communicated and addressed.
- Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources that help developers integrate and build on the Hemera Protocol.
- Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to foster a thriving developer community.
- Engage with developers on forums, social media, and other platforms to provide support and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align developer outreach with the broader strategy.
- Monitor developer engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase developer retention and satisfaction.
Additional Information
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and community-building skills. Experience in blockchain or decentralized protocols is a plus.
