Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE professional to join our team and manage global blockchain infrastructure. The role involves deploying, monitoring, and maintaining blockchain nodes worldwide while ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of global blockchain nodes
- Handle chain upgrades, governance proposals, and provide 24/7 incident response
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Implement infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with development teams to participate in testnet and mainnet upgrades
- Optimize system performance and ensure security best practices are followed
- Document processes and create operational runbooks for node management
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps/SRE or system operations experience with strong Linux and networking skills
- Proficiency in Python/Go/Shell scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Experience with public blockchain operations preferred (node deployment, testnet validation)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Passion for blockchain technology and willingness to learn new concepts quickly
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Candidates without blockchain experience but with exceptional learning abilities will be considered
