Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps/SRE professional to join our global blockchain infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our decentralized network operations with a focus on reliability, automation, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate deployment, monitoring and management of global blockchain nodes across multiple networks
- Handle chain upgrades, governance proposals and provide 24/7 incident response for production systems
- Design, implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Implement infrastructure as code using modern tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with development teams on testnet and mainnet upgrade processes
- Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps/SRE or system administration experience with strong Linux and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Go/Shell) and infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Prior experience with public blockchain operations is highly preferred (node deployment, testnet validation, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and passion for blockchain technology
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Fast learner with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and protocols
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time remote position based in Singapore. We offer flexible working hours with occasional on-call requirements for critical incidents. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
