Job Description
The Senior Official Website Activity Operations role is responsible for planning and executing engaging activities on the Korean language official website. This position focuses on developing strategic activity plans tailored to Korean user preferences, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop activity goals, strategies, and execution plans for the Korean language official website based on user characteristics
- Promote activity implementation, control overall tone, and be accountable for final results including design, product, and R&D coordination
- Continuously explore effective activity models and strategies to achieve KPIs including new customer acquisition, user activity, retention, and volume growth
- Monitor activity data, conduct operational analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and implement iterative improvements
- Track competitor trends, refine activity templates, and enhance operational efficiency to drive platform user growth and transaction volume
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in website activity planning and operations, preferably for Korean language platforms
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with a results-oriented approach
- Data analysis skills with ability to derive insights from operational metrics
- Understanding of Korean user behavior and market trends
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including design, product, and R&D
- Innovative mindset with continuous improvement approach to activity optimization
