Job Description
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive event strategies aligned with ChainCatcher's brand identity and business goals. This role requires proactive planning and coordination of diverse marketing events, including but not limited to product launches, industry conferences, and community engagement activities. You will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and audience interaction.
Core responsibilities include: 1. Developing creative event concepts that reflect ChainCatcher's brand values and target audience preferences. 2. Managing event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget allocation, while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and quality standards. 3. Monitoring real-time event performance through analytics tools and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement. 4. Preparing detailed post-event reports that highlight key metrics, attendee feedback, and areas for improvement to inform future planning decisions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry, with a minimum of 2 years in marketing event execution.
- Excellent understanding of ChainCatcher's brand positioning and market strategy, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable event plans.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously while maintaining high standards of detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to track event performance and derive actionable insights from attendee behavior.
- Ability to create visually appealing event materials, including invitations, promotional content, and on-site signage, that align with brand aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the capacity to present event plans to stakeholders and coordinate with external partners.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing) to enhance event reach and engagement through integrated campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges during event execution, such as logistical issues or technical malfunctions.
- Experience with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) for streamlining registration, scheduling, and attendee tracking processes.
- Ability to analyze budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality or impact.
- Excellent time management skills to balance event planning with other marketing responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables.
