Crypto Event Operations (CN Region) is a critical role focused on driving user engagement and business growth through strategic event planning and execution. The position requires a deep understanding of user behavior and market dynamics to create and implement effective operation plans. It also involves designing innovative user activities that promote organic user dissemination and enhance platform metrics such as Daily Active Users (DAU) and revenue. The candidate will need to analyze industry trends, understand user psychology, and leverage data insights to optimize operational outcomes. Additionally, the role entails continuous competitor analysis, product differentiation, and user feedback collection to refine strategies and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user operation strategies that are user-centric and data-driven, ensuring the effective decomposition, implementation, and control of operational plans.
- Design and launch user activities aimed at fostering self-dissemination, thereby increasing platform DAU and revenue through targeted engagement tactics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the exchange industry's gameplay, including user psychology, market needs, and behavioral patterns to inform operational decisions.
- Monitor competitor functions and market trends continuously, identify product differences, and provide actionable insights to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collect and analyze user feedback, behavior data, and market research to extract actionable requirements and improve product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution across platforms.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth, engagement, and revenue to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and market developments in the CN region to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in crypto or fintech operations, with a strong background in user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for business improvement.
- Deep knowledge of the exchange industry, including user psychology, market dynamics, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Proficiency in competitor analysis tools and methodologies to evaluate product features, user behavior, and market positioning.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with teams across marketing, product, and business development functions.
- Ability to create and manage event calendars, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in user engagement, market competition, and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
