We are seeking a part-time Lecturer in Event Planning to design and deliver high-quality training courses. The ideal candidate will develop engaging and practical learning materials while ensuring course content remains innovative and industry-relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop event operation training courses suitable for different skill levels
- Create comprehensive course plans, lecture notes, and learning materials to ensure content is both cutting-edge and practical
- Conduct online teaching sessions according to established plans, explaining web3 event operations and addressing student inquiries
- Collaborate with the academic team to optimize course schedules and enhance teaching resources
- Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate relevant case studies and real-world examples into course content
- Provide constructive feedback to students and participate in course evaluation processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Education or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in event planning or operations
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of web3 technologies and their application in event management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create engaging learning materials and adapt teaching methods for different learning styles
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital collaboration tools
