Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Financial Assistant to join our team at zkLink. You will support our financial operations and ensure we remain compliant with accounting standards. This is an entry-level position, fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  • Occasionally assist the CEO with personal administrative tasks, such as booking flights and hotels.
Job Requirements
  • Singapore citizenship or PR is a must, eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior internship or work experience in finance or administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
