Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Financial Assistant to join our team at zkLink. You will support our financial operations and ensure we remain compliant with accounting standards. This is an entry-level position, fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
- Occasionally assist the CEO with personal administrative tasks, such as booking flights and hotels.
Job Requirements
- Singapore citizenship or PR is a must, eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or work experience in finance or administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
