Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Crypto Strategy Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cryptocurrency trading strategies to maximize returns while managing risk effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop cryptocurrency trading strategies including risk-neutral strategies, CTA strategies, and derivative strategies
- Optimize strategy trading execution algorithms and position hedging algorithms
- Design strategy hedging logic and evaluate strategy risk characteristics
- Develop comprehensive risk management plans for trading strategies
- Conduct regular performance reviews of implemented strategies
- Perform profit and loss attribution analysis for trading strategies
- Evaluate effectiveness of existing strategies and implement continuous improvements
- Support automation initiatives for trading strategies
Job Requirements
- Strong background in quantitative finance and cryptocurrency markets
- Experience in developing trading strategies and execution algorithms
- Proficiency in risk management techniques and hedging strategies
- Excellent analytical skills for performance evaluation and attribution
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analysis
- Programming skills in Python, C++, or other relevant languages
- Understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market microstructure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in quantitative finance, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Experience with machine learning techniques in trading strategies
- Knowledge of derivatives pricing and trading
- Familiarity with trading platforms and APIs
- Previous experience in hedge funds or proprietary trading firms
