Job Description
The Senior SEO Frontend Developer will be responsible for implementing technical and on-page SEO optimizations across company websites, with special consideration for multilingual versions. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and the ability to execute code-level optimizations to enhance website visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical SEO strategies including architecture restructuring, HTML/CSS/JS optimization, URL logic, meta tags (TDK), robots/sitemap configuration, and page performance tuning
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify gaps and create strategies to outperform competitors in search rankings
- Research industry keywords and implement strategic keyword placement, Schema markup, content optimization, internal linking, and site search logic adjustments
- Utilize tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush to analyze data, propose improvements, and report on progress and results
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to enhance website crawlability, indexability, usability, and relevance from an SEO perspective
- Stay updated with SEO algorithm changes from Google, Bing, and other search engines to maintain and improve site compatibility and ranking performance
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and at least one mainstream frontend framework
- Proven experience in systematic SEO projects with understanding of Google/Bing search principles and white-hat SEO strategies
- Ability to independently handle technical SEO aspects including canonical tags, structured data, heading tags, and site performance
- Strong English reading skills to follow and implement the latest SEO algorithm updates from Google and Bing
- Familiarity with WordPress, Vue, Next.js, Nuxt, ThinkPHP, or Laravel is preferred
- Experience in developing SEO tools (e.g., batch TDK generators, site audit scripts) is a plus
