Frontend Engineer at METYA

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend architecture design and core feature development (Web + Mobile).
• Guide the frontend team, including task breakdowns, code reviews, and progress tracking.
• Drive project refactoring and technical optimization to improve system stability and scalability.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (RN) and achieve deep integration with Android native modules.
• Build high-performance web frontends using Next.js, optimizing user interaction and SEO.
• Deeply participate in Web3 development (wallet connections, on-chain interactions, NFT/Token modules).
• Advocate and implement AI-assisted programming to enhance team productivity.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of frontend development experience with solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Proficiency in React Native and Next.js, with successful project deployment experience.
• Familiarity with Android native development and ability to independently integrate RN with native modules.
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies (ethers.js/web3.js, wallet integration, smart contract interactions).
• Experience in project refactoring, optimizing legacy code, and improving architecture quality.
• Team management experience, capable of mentoring and guiding team members.
• Remote collaboration experience with strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Supabase, SEO, WebRTC, and real-time communication technologies.
• Experience in developing social or growth-oriented applications.
• Knowledge of TON blockchain ecosystem development.
