Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive websites using modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms, including desktop, mobile, and tablet. Implement best practices for code organization, scalability, and accessibility to deliver robust and maintainable solutions.
• Implement automation strategies to streamline development processes, including automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Selenium), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). This will involve creating and maintaining scripts for testing, debugging, and deployment, as well as setting up alert systems to proactively identify and resolve issues. The goal is to improve development efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistent code quality across all projects.
• Explore and implement innovative front-end development techniques to enhance productivity and reduce resource consumption. This includes researching new frameworks, libraries, and tools that can improve performance, maintainability, and developer experience. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for refactoring existing codebases, optimizing performance bottlenecks, and leading the development of more complex and impactful features that align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby is a plus, as the role involves Full Stack development.
• Strong understanding of automation tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring systems. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and solutions.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers. Ability to document code and processes clearly for team knowledge sharing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus. Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards is required.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours, depending on the employment type (Full-Time, Internship, or Part-Time). Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to a dynamic development environment.
