The mention of AI tools in preferred qualifications indicates they're innovating at the intersection of blockchain and emerging technologies.

As an interviewer at Fireblocks, I would prioritize candidates who can demonstrate both technical depth in blockchain systems and the ability to solve complex distributed systems problems. The ideal candidate would show not just coding skills but also an understanding of security implications in blockchain applications. I'd particularly look for experience with institutional-grade blockchain solutions and evidence of continuous learning in this rapidly evolving field.
