As a Founding Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the core architecture that enables seamless information exchange between consumers and businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack systems that facilitate secure and real-time data exchange between consumers and businesses, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and performance benchmarks.
- Design blockchain protocols and smart contracts to enable verifiable identity-based data validation, leveraging cryptographic techniques for transparency and trust.
- Integrate AI algorithms into customer information processing workflows to optimize data analysis, reduce manual intervention, and improve user experience through predictive insights.
- Build user-friendly interfaces and backend infrastructure for distributing crypto-native assets, ensuring accessibility for non-technical users and scalability for enterprise adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate on features that align with market demands.
- Conduct code reviews, debug complex systems, and ensure the reliability of distributed applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in blockchain, AI, and web development to continuously innovate and improve system capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a fullstack developer with a strong foundation in both front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and back-end (Node.js, Python, or similar) technologies.
- Expertise in blockchain development, including smart contract creation, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized application (DApp) architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience integrating machine learning models into production systems.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and identity verification systems, such as zero-knowledge proofs or public-key infrastructure (PKI).
- Ability to design and implement APIs for seamless integration with third-party services and blockchain networks, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric solutions that simplify complex technologies for mass adoption.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of professional experience in fullstack development and blockchain ecosystems.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and present technical concepts to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with decentralized identity standards (e.g., DID, Verifiable Credentials) and blockchain interoperability protocols (e.g., Polkadot, Cosmos).
- Background in AI-driven data processing systems, including natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision applications.
- Knowledge of cryptographic asset management frameworks and experience with token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and maintaining distributed applications in production environments.
- Experience with open-source development and community-driven projects in the blockchain or AI space.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for high-throughput applications.
