Job Description
Responsible for implementing and maintaining search engine optimization strategies for multilingual international large-scale websites. This role involves comprehensive analysis of website performance, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics to drive organic growth. The candidate will conduct in-depth SEO audits, identify technical issues, and develop actionable optimization plans. Additionally, they will analyze traffic data, keyword performance, and user behavior to create targeted strategies that enhance search visibility and user engagement. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SEO strategies for multilingual, international, and large-scale websites to improve search rankings and user traffic.
- Monitor and analyze overall traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement metrics for SEO-managed sites.
- Conduct Website SEO diagnosis to identify technical issues, content gaps, and structural inefficiencies.
- Perform in-depth traffic data analysis, keyword research, and user behavior analysis to inform optimization decisions.
- Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies based on data insights to maximize search visibility and conversion.
- Provide optimization recommendations for website content, architecture, and code to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with production, research, content, and operations teams to execute SEO strategies effectively.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance, including traffic sources, keyword rankings, and conversion analysis.
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, and landing pages to improve crawlability and user experience.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO optimization for large-scale, multilingual, or international websites (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for data analysis and site audits.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret traffic data, user behavior, and conversion metrics effectively.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals.
- Knowledge of website architecture, HTML, and coding practices to implement technical optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish, French) for content optimization and international SEO.
