Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, unit testing, code optimization, and maintenance of the platform's IM backend program.
• Conduct technical research and solve operational problems during the project development process.
• Participate in the optimization, deployment, and implementation of projects and platform systems.
• Enhance the scalability and extensibility of the overall system to ensure the sound development of technology and business on the system.
• Write relevant documents such as product technical standards and plans.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in backend development, with a focus on IM (Instant Messaging) systems preferred.
• Proficiency in unit testing, code optimization, and system maintenance.
• Ability to conduct technical research and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Experience in system optimization, deployment, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of scalability and extensibility principles in backend systems.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating technical standards and plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in IM development is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with modern backend technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture.
