Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an R&D Efficiency Platform Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency improvements across our research and development processes through innovative platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the R&D efficiency platform to promote continuous improvement in productivity
- Manage tool platform implementation, efficiency measurement, and execution of efficiency improvement plans
- Proactively identify and analyze company-wide efficiency and quality challenges
- Design and propose effective solutions to address identified efficiency bottlenecks
- Participate in technical planning and architecture design for the performance platform system
- Lead daily functional iterations and enhancements to the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and report on platform performance metrics and improvement outcomes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in platform development or efficiency improvement projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex workflows
- Experience with performance measurement and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of software architecture design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation
