Job Description
This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive data-driven growth strategies across multiple digital channels to achieve business objectives. The candidate will lead the execution of experiments focused on user acquisition, retention, and monetization while maintaining a strong emphasis on performance optimization. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle from planning to analysis, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing return on investment. The position requires proactive identification of new acquisition opportunities through rigorous testing of both paid and organic channels, leveraging advanced analytics and market trends. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive performance indicators with game objectives
  • Test, discover, and untap new paid and organic acquisition channels through continuous experimentation and analysis
  • Drive community-led growth efforts by creating and managing campaigns and events that engage new audiences
  • Build and manage relationships with partners and vendors to expand our reach and maximize growth opportunities
  • Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocations recommendations across programmatic and/or paid social media channels
  • Leverage first-party and third-party data to achieve maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency
