Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive performance indicators with game objectives
- Test, discover, and untap new paid and organic acquisition channels through continuous experimentation and analysis
- Drive community-led growth efforts by creating and managing campaigns and events that engage new audiences
- Build and manage relationships with partners and vendors to expand our reach and maximize growth opportunities
- Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocations recommendations across programmatic and/or paid social media channels
- Leverage first-party and third-party data to achieve maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency

- Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking to refine marketing approaches
- Understanding of user behavior patterns to inform retention and monetization strategies
