Job Description
Reserve Protocol is seeking a dynamic Growth Lead to spearhead its Twitter/X strategy and execution. This role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy to drive engagement, awareness, and user acquisition for both DeFi and TradFi audiences. The ideal candidate will lead innovative growth hacking initiatives to expand the Reserve Protocol’s reach on social media platforms, while also contributing to the coordination of global IRL meetups to foster community interaction and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy for Reserve’s Twitter/X platform, creating frequent educational content that aligns with strategic priorities and target user personas.
- Lead growth hacking efforts to identify and implement new methods for attracting DeFi and TradFi users to the Reserve Protocol through social media channels.
- Coordinate and manage IRL meetups globally, ensuring they are strategically aligned with the brand’s objectives and community engagement goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize social media campaigns and measure their impact on user growth and brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies, improve content performance, and align initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to maintain a competitive edge in the DeFi and TradFi markets.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution, preferably in the DeFi or TradFi space.
- Strong understanding of content creation, including educational and engaging material tailored to specific audiences.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and tools to drive user acquisition and engagement on digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage global IRL events and collaborate with teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with a background in blockchain or fintech.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global outreach.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable growth targets in previous roles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Passion for decentralized finance (DeFi) and traditional finance (TradFi) ecosystems, with a deep understanding of their intersection.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights).
- Knowledge of content calendar planning and audience segmentation strategies.
- Ability to create visually appealing and data-driven social media posts.
- Understanding of community management principles and user engagement tactics.
- Experience with event planning, including logistics coordination and attendee engagement strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in user acquisition and retention.
- Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions and platform algorithms.
- Preferred: Experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain projects, including familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
- Preferred: Proficiency in video content creation or editing for social media platforms.
- Preferred: Experience with influencer partnerships or ambassador programs for growth initiatives.
