Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, leveraging social media trends, and fostering partnerships to enhance user acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns by collaborating with the team on content calendars, interacting with social media influencers, and providing leadership on various platforms.
- Pay close attention to the latest crypto trends on social media, and design timely strategies accordingly.
- Conduct cross-promotional campaigns with technical partners for user acquisition and engagement.
- Strategically promote significant announcements, product releases, and community engagement initiatives.
- Enhance OAK's website and blog visibility on major search engines, and craft compelling posts to generate user anticipation for upcoming announcements.
- Bridge the gap between product and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Work in close collaboration with and report directly to the Founder & CEO.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in the crypto or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to adapt strategies quickly.
- Experience in executing cross-promotional campaigns and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
