Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist for Gabby World, you will be responsible for expanding the company's marketing efforts into new channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive digital lead acquisition and retention strategy in collaboration with the Product team to drive sustainable growth and improve customer conversion rates. You will also focus on ideating, testing, and iterating on marketing initiatives to optimize audience growth and engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. Additionally, you will lead the foundation, growth, and optimization of Gabby World's Pal Program, which is a key component of the company's community-building strategy. The position requires identifying, seeking, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing business partners, KOLs, and communities in the region to foster collaboration and expand market reach. You will organize meetups and conferences to strengthen brand presence and engage with stakeholders. The role emphasizes a continuous process of testing new ideas and exploring innovative approaches to marketing, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand Gabby World's marketing efforts into new channels, including social media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital lead acquisition and retention strategy in collaboration with the Product team to drive sustainable growth and improve customer conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, then ideate, test, and iterate on marketing strategies to optimize audience growth and engagement.
- Lead the foundation, growth, and optimization of Gabby World's Pal Program, ensuring it aligns with the company's community-building goals and enhances user loyalty.
- Identify, seek, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business partners, KOLs, and communities in the region to foster collaboration and expand market reach.
- Organize meetups and conferences to strengthen brand presence, engage with stakeholders, and build meaningful connections with the target audience.
- Continuously test new ideas and explore innovative approaches to marketing, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry developments and adapts to changing consumer behaviors.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, with a focus on digital channels and lead generation.
