Job Requirements
- Proven experience in user growth, marketing, or business development in the Chinese market
- Strong understanding of KOL collaborations and influencer marketing strategies
- Ability to evaluate and optimize channel performance for maximum conversion
- Excellent networking skills to identify and establish partnerships with media and community platforms
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
