Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting business development efforts across the Global Crypto Landscape, with a focus on developing and writing grants and proposals.
• Developing presentations, analysis, and research-related efforts associated with the grants and proposals.
• Managing grant and Web3 relationships, leveraging knowledge and information resources on multiple Crypto projects including Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, etc.
• Program managing grant applications and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, collaborating closely with business development, product, and engineering teams.
• Building meaningful relationships with ecosystem and project grant managers, emphasizing regular contact, problem-solving, and funding management.
• Identifying strong connections to OpenZeppelin's ecosystem and evangelizing its benefits.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, grant writing, or proposal development within the crypto or Web3 space.
• Strong knowledge of major blockchain projects such as Ethereum, Polkadot, and Solana.
• Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understanding of OpenZeppelin's ecosystem and its value proposition is a plus.
