Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support organizational goals and ensure profitability
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, production processes, and quality control systems
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment frameworks
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards
• Lead human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational objectives with financial performance metrics
• Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements across all business units
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and business partners
• Provide leadership and guidance during periods of organizational change or expansion

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in finance and operations management, with proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business operations processes
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and departments
• Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements impacting financial and operational functions
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement and change management initiatives
• Preferred experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with multiple operational and financial challenges
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to transparency in financial reporting and operations management
