Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Operation to join our Blockchain Track: Game team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational skills to drive community engagement, content production, and monetization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Engagement: Manage SNS platforms (e.g., X, INS, FB, TikTok) to boost royalty and activity.
- Content Production: Develop English blog content (e.g., Medium, Mirror) and video content (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) to enhance visibility.
- KOL Management: Manage and collaborate with Crypto KOLs from different regions/countries for mutual growth.
- Moderation: Conduct community operations (e.g., WeChat, QQ, Telegram, Discord) and manage Mods from various countries and regions.
- Monetization: Draft and execute developed plans for NFT sales.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain operations, preferably in the gaming sector.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
- Excellent communication and community management skills.
- Ability to create engaging content for blogs and social media platforms.
- Experience working with KOLs and managing cross-regional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive monetization initiatives like NFT sales.
